Late Check Out £60.00 up to 11.00pm on day of departure (if available)

Cancellation Policy

100% refund (excludes £200 booking deposit) if booking cancelled at least 60 days before check-in

50% refund (excludes £200 booking deposit) if booking cancelled between 30 and 60 days before check-in

No refund if booking cancelled less than 30 days before check-in.

The £200 booking deposit is non-refundable should the booking be cancelled at any time. The deposit is also held as a damage deposit and will be refunded within 7 days after check-out once the property has been inspected by our property manager.
