An additional cleaning fee of €150 is payable direct to the property manager on departure.

A mid-term clean/linen change is available and can be arranged direct through the property manager.

The pool can be heated for an additional charge of €20 per day (minimum 3 days notice required)

Loss of keys will incur a charge of €50 to replace the locks
Cancellation & Deposit
100% refund (excludes £200 booking deposit) if booking cancelled at least 60 days before check-in.
50% refund (excludes £200 booking deposit) if booking cancelled between 30 and 60 days before check-in.
No refund if booking cancelled less than 30 days before check-in.
The £200 booking deposit is non-refundable should the booking be cancelled at any time. The deposit is also held as a damage deposit and will be refunded within 7 days after check-out once the property has been inspected by our property manager. Any breakages of crockery or glasses should be reported to the property managers before departure.
By accepting the Terms and Conditions of this booking form guests understand they will be liable for the cost of any WILFUL damage to the property or its contents over and above the £200 deposit.

TO HELP CONSERVE ENERGY AND ENSURE THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM OPERATES EFFICIENTLY PLEASE SWITCH OFF THE A/C IN ANY ROOM THAT IS UNOCCUPIED. ALSO KEEP DOORS CLOSED WHENEVER A/C IS RUNNING AS OPEN DOORS CAN REDUCE THE SYSTEM’S PERFORMANCE.

The charging of electric cars, bikes, scooters from the villa electrics is strictly forbidden, it can cause damage to the villa electrical system and can also be a fire hazard

No smoking inside the property

Guests under the age of 18 are the responsibility of the lead guest at all times

The owners accept no responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur whilst on the premises

The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of any guest
NOISE
Mar Menor Golf Resort is a family resort and late-night noise and disturbance will not be tolerated by onsite security.
SWIMMING POOL & TERRACE
Please keep pool light remote control safe. Replacement (€70) will be charged from deposit
Please do not play with heavy ball around pool area as there is a danger of damaging glass fences
No diving or running in pool area
No glass or food in the pool area
Children under the age of 18 to be supervised at all times
Please only exit the pool from the steps NOT by standing on pool lights
Please do not sit or climb over the glass fences and/or wall to the rear of the property

By completing this booking, I agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined in this booking form. The owners reserve the right to require guests to vacate the property if the Terms and Conditions or House Rules are breached. In such cases, no refund or compensation will be provided for any unused portion of the stay.
